Retreat Rates
Our goal is to make Arkaios By The Sea affordable for those who need rest. We understand that many in ministry or service roles may not have extra resources, and we never want cost to prevent anyone from coming.
We use a sliding scale based on your financial situation. Rates are determined by the length of your stay and your ability to pay, and we’re happy to work with you to find a fair and respectful rate.

Our Story
Based in Westbrook, Connecticut, we created Arkaios by the Sea out of a heartfelt desire to offer care to those who spend their lives caring for others. Though we are not in full-time ministry ourselves, we’ve witnessed the quiet weight that pastors, missionaries, and ministry leaders often carry. This space is our offering—a peaceful, private refuge where the weary can step away and reconnect with God.
One of us, Mary Lee, is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Life Coaching. Her passion is to use her gifts to build up the body of Christ—especially those serving, or who have served, on the front lines of ministry.
With years of ministry experience around the world, Mary Lee has walked alongside countless pastors, missionaries, and Christian leaders. Her heart for healing was born from that journey. During your stay, confidential therapy sessions are available upon request—offered in the beauty of God’s creation, with no pressure or expectation.
